A re-certification audit of the management system for compliance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015 "Quality management systems. Requirements" (ISO 9001:2015, IDT) was conducted at the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Scientific Pharmacopoeial Center for Quality of Medicines" on July 01-02, 2021, by the State Enterprise "Kharkiv Regional Research and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification".
Based on the results of the audit documented in the report, the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Scientific Pharmacopoeial Center for Quality of Medicines" received a certificate of compliance of the management system with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015, IDT) for the services for the establishment of pharmacopoeial reference standards of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine, development of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine, laboratory analysis of the quality of medicinal products and excipients (certificate dated 27.07.2021 No. UA8O07 2.226177 29.1 -2021). The certificate is valid until July 26, 2024.
